McDonald's in Hirschberg an der Bergstrasse

Unfortunately, this is the worst McDonald’s I've ever been to. Has already happened several times that things were not in the bag as ordered or were missing e.g. B. Missing salad dressing (good for the figure, but not tasty), wrong burger or no burger at all. Today was the last time that I was there in the drive in.

With the app, the order was done quickly and although there was something going on, our meal was ready quite quickly.

Not a lot of vegan options

It was good but everything was almost cold except for fries 🍟

Today full disaster have driven into the mcdrive since it was open at 10 people were inside too but no one went to the counter at 11 no one wanted to serve us. In front of us 3 people just drove away and after we tried our luck and it didn't work, after waiting 5 minutes we drove to the Burgerking, there everything worked

Good MCDONALD'S right on the highway. Very friendly staff, enough parking and a gas station (including hydrogen and Tesla) in the immediate vicinity

Basically very good, nice employees - all good. But WHY do you ask me which color I want the free glasses if you don't pack them? :( I was very sad and still am.

Normal restaurant of this chain. They follow the Corkna rules stringently which is great to see. Due to the ordering service via the automated tellers only, ordering takes forever.

Mc Donald as you know it is the only thing that bothers me about this. However, what has happened to me twice until now the fries were not crispy and not really through and totally sloppy, really not tasty! Friendly service

Super hygiene concept. You can really feel safe here. The staff is very friendly. I've never seen such a clean McDonald’s on my vacation trips. I would always take a break here.

Okay, it's just McDonald's, but the service employee gave us an extremely friendly welcome and hoped to help us with the order, brought us the food and was extremely engaging and friendly the whole time! In 40 years eating at McDonald's, I've never seen such a committed, friendly and courteous employee! Biggest compliments to the employee!

A Mc Donalds that implements the hygiene rules really well. Here the situation is taken seriously, the tables are disinfected after each guest, as are the touch screens that can be ordered. Really exemplary!

When I'm out and about, I often take a break, eat a small menu and drink double espresso with 2 ice cubes and lactose-free milk. Everything tastes very, very good 👍

When you come in, you are instructed to disinfect first, then disclose my data as a pass-through customer. And on top of the idiocy, orders only go through your terminals. Mcdonald's Deutsch .. hland clearly indicates that orders can be placed both at the counter and at the terminal. But no, extra sausages are fried here again. The last time you saw me was in the shed. Be ashamed and be happy with your Corona Histeria and fall into the Corona madness. If there were zero stars, even those would be too many

I've been to McDonalds 4 times lately, my order was wrong 3 times. Twice the type of ice cream was wrong and once the fries were forgotten. Everything happened in the McDrive. Then I drove back, they didn't apologize and every time I had to queue up again and wait - not cool

Food was ordered quickly and the receptionist was very nice and paid close attention to the hygiene regulations and pointed this out to all gestures. She went to great lengths to disinfect things. (8/12/2020 5:12 PM) A very nice atmosphere and great staff. Keep it up!

staff very bad tha wor a pubic hair on my food and she said it was normel staff also rude and not clean at all i would give it a no star only that you have to put in a star to review this McDonald's shud be close down 🤢🤢🤮

Very beautiful restaurant they have service to bring your food, tasty food and coffee also, you can order in kiosk and not wait in the line, very clean and fresh, perfect for family and kids, playing games on tablet, the ice cream is very tasty smoothy and shakes also, internet for 3ours, calm and relaxing place to eat and drink

This is a two story McDonald's. Lines are fast as well as the food. There is a McCafe inside of you just want coffee and dessert.

I have been pleased with the overall appearance and service at this McDonalds. The service is wonderful and face and the restaurant is kept clean.
